What is it?
It is the surgery that treats sagging (and possibly fat accumulation) in the inner thighs, returning firmness and offering more proportional contours.
Indicated for people who, normally after great weight loss, suffer from the flaccidity and bulging of the inner thighs. When there are fat deposits it is associated with liposuction.
How is it done?
The level of sagging presented is decisive in the size of the incision, which may be only in the contour of the groin in less severe cases. The excess of skin is removed and the traction is performed with deep sutures.
